BUSINESS / INVESTMENT ANALYST (Jakarta)

Job Profile and Description:

• A business analyst is in charge of business and investment analysis for a project. He or she will supply, construct, prepare, develop analysis, formulate preliminary investment analysis report, and produce proposal for an investment or divestment. 

 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist to identify investment opportunities that support the achievement of coporate strategic goals
• Analyze financial information, such as statements, management accounts and cash flow statements, industry, regulatory and economic information, and financial periodicals
• Summarizes data describing current and long term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments
• Conduct comprehensive review of proposals for potential target investment to be made by the organization
• Prepare investment proposals with recommendations for presentation to Investment Committee, and must be able to adapt his/her analysis report in specified formats, templates, styles and firm deadlines
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance division to explore options for structuring of investment acquisitions and financing mechanism for maximum value creation
• Collaborate and willing to take guidance from other team members and share insights
• Participate in target investment’s business, financial and legal due diligence

Skills and Specifications

• Excellent knowledge of business and management principles involved in investment analysis, valuation and structured finance
• High proficient in English both written and verbal
• Excellence in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Indonesia Infrastructure industry and associated regulations will be a definite advantage

Education and Qualifications

• Min. 30 years old
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Over 3 – 5 years related relevant experience in investment, equity, analysis and portfolio management in an investment bank, credit analyst in corporate bank, MNC, local conglomerate or consulting firm
• Have an experience in Banking as a Analyst is preferable
