PT. RAYA SACHTI (Tumatrimonio) is a multimedia company currently is looking for talented people for following  position :
IT Support Staff (ITS)

Responsibilities :

• Hardware, software and distress shooting/helpdesk.
• Management and security of different types of servers including domain controller, web server, database server, e-mail server and file server.
• Manage and supports computer network, servers and workstations (users) on windows platform as well as macintosh
• Report on IT facilities usage (hardware and software), problems and solutions, service level.
• Requirements :
• Male (max  30 years)
• A Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information echnology.
• Minimum of 3 years in hardware, software, network, distress shooting/helpdesk.
• Management and security of different types of servers including domain controller, web server, database server, e-mail server and file server.
• A knowledge and experience on system/security utilities.
• Good written & spoken English is essential
• Good work ethic & attitude
• Willing to work under-pressure
