Maintain serveral servers for web hosting with responsiblities:
Technical:

• Server (webhosting) maintenance e.g. upgrade(include data migration), patch, repair, backup and restore
• Server (webhosting) installation
• Create new account for new customer via whm
• Create and maintain server inventories (hardware, software, license, client, etc)
• Customer related activities:
• Support customer in technical matter e.g guide customer to add new email account, etc.
• Handle and create documentation about customer problems or complaints
• Give advice to sales/marketing about new feature in server/hosting technology to update current hosting packages

Requirements:

• Understanding of Cpanel – a MUST
• Understanding of WHM – a MUST
• Solid understanding of Linux (Centos) administration – a MUST
• Solid understanding of DNS management – a MUST
• Understanding of system programming (bash, perl, etc) – a plus
