Requirement :

  • Bachelor (D3/S1)  degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in helpdesk support more than 1 years.
  • Having good knowledge about Microsoft Windows.NET Technology either server or desktop PC. 
  • Having good knowledge in network technology, Microsoft Active Directory and its trouble shooting. 
  • Having knowledge and basic skill for creating query using Microsoft SQL Server 2008  is a plus.
  • Having knowledge in application development using VB.NET/C#/Java is a plus.
  • Fast learning and good logic is a MUST.
