Reswara is a subsidiary of ABM Investama (a member of Tiara Marga Trakindo & Group) that was formed on 19th October 2010, and is positioned as a sub-holding integrated coal-mine company. We owns 99.99% of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a medium-sized coal mine concession; and also owns 99.99% of PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR), a seaport terminal that is currently in the completion stage. We also owns 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) that fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under the name PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency, and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the Meureboe district.

Learning & Organization Development Manager

GENERAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Developing strategy for the organizational, system, and people development in conjunction with the
  • vision and mission of the company
  • Developing talent pools and facilitating talent development process
  • Developing change management concept & lead the executiion
  • Developing strategy and ensuring that the Performance Management system is properly implemented
  • Facilitating Performance Management cycle
  • Conduct Leadership Development & Coaching Program
  • Facilitate trainings


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Any relevant educational background or preferrably having psychological education background
  • Total 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, with at least 1 year at the managerial level
  • Have an understanding of Job Description, Job Evaluation ,Competencies and HR System
  • Have an understanding of Training Need Analysis and Talent Management
  • Passionate in the people development function
  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Highly-persistent in achieving targets & striving for excellence
  • Able to mobilize cooperation from related functions
  • Good executor & communicator
  • Good empathy & sensitive to the organization culture
