ADMIN/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Customer’s questions about the company’s products
  • Helping Customer whenever problems arise and difficulties are faced
  • Handling Customer complain
  • Inputting and maintaining database in appropriate manner and good speed
  • Maintain and improve database on online social media, such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Requirements:
  • Female, Graduate on SMEA or diploma with relevant major, 28 years old max
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service
  • Familiar with computers, especially in Microsoft Office Application
  • Familiar with IT and internet, able to navigate through pages in websites and internet
  • Readily Available!!!
