In order to keep up with the growing regional demand for our SunFish solutions we are seeking the best candidates to fill in position of :
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE STAFF (CC)

Software Maintenance Staff is responsible for dealing with customer complaints, queries and request of information. Provides solutions to customer problems with the assistance of development and/or implementation teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Diploma from reputable university majoring Information System, Computer Science or equivalent with min GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)
• A mature individual with high self confidence and the ability to work effectively in an IT environment
• Having good interpersonal skills and customer oriented
• Familiar with Web Technology such as HTML
• Familiar with Client Side Scripting Languages and Technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX
• Familiar with Server Side Web Based Scripting Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP or ASP
• Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in Oracle Database, MSSQL Server and MySQL
• Moderate in technical programming algorithm
• Having experience in Software Implementation, Software Maintenance or Software Customer Care is preferrable
