Our client is an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial, and industrial products and services. They are currently looking for a high qualified professional to fill the position of:
STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD

(Location: Jakarta)
Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for both financial performance and strategic direction for the company.
• Heavily involved in day to day strategic decision making, i.e. to achieve the most optimum production portfolio, the best sales combination, and the most profitable business model.
• Deliver continuous initiatives to improve division’s performance, Identify new business opportunities, turn the loss making business units into profitable ones.
• Strategic Business Acquisition with the objective of Shareholder Value Enhancement and Risk Anticipation (Industry Overview, Company/Financial Analysis, Financial Projection, Business Valuation, Challenging Negotiation, Risk Management, Term Sheet, Share Purchase Agreement, Post Acquisition Issues, Debt Restructuring, Shareholder Simulation).

Requirements:

• Minimum posses Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance, preferably overseas Master Graduate in Finance.
• At least 8 to 10 years relevant experience.
• Should have a Finance background with exposure to Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Cost and Revenue projections, Quantitative Analytical Skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
